Online shopping frequency in Poland is strikingly similar across genders, with the majority of both male and female shoppers purchasing online at least once a month. The most common cadence for both groups is 2–3 times a month, cited by of men and of women, making it the single largest segment in the data.
Women show a slight edge in high-frequency shopping: purchase online three or more times a week compared to of men, and shop one to two times a week versus of men. These modest gaps suggest women lean marginally more toward habitual, frequent online purchasing.
At the other end of the spectrum, very infrequent shoppers represent a small share of both groups. Only of men and of women report no online purchases in the past 12 months, underscoring how deeply embedded e-commerce has become in everyday Polish consumer behaviour regardless of gender.
